"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

My Approach to Therapy
I specialize in ADHD, grief work and women's issues around anxiety, depression, perfectionism, life transitions, relationships, and work-life balance.
In my work with young and adult women (16+), I've found that through modeling genuine self-acceptance and self-compassion (instead of just talking about how important it is), my clients are more receptive to extending the same grace & kindness they give to others to themselves.
Above all, I provide sincere feedback, offer many skills that can be used outside of sessions, & strive to equip clients with the tools they need to be successful & resilient when life is too much.
The therapeutic relationship is the bedrock of any therapy success story. I strive to connect to each of my clients on a deep and meaningful level by remaining authentic, genuine, and honest. My approach affords me the wonderful opportunity to walk alongside my clients throughout their journeys toward mental wellness, understanding, balance, and meaning.
